I've got pretty basic DNI criteria! no proship, incest, loli/shotacon, beastiality/zoophilia, and general bad and immoral behavior. I'm not too strict on this but, if you're friends or associate with anyone in my blacklist it might just be better if we dont interact as well. My OC's and stories handle a few dark and immoral topics so if you would feel uncomfortable with that please be wary! I don't wish to gloriy or romanticize any of my OCs bad behavior ofc! General conditions
By requesting a commission, the commissioner is agreeing to all terms stated within the TOS.
Commissions purchased are are digital and will not be shipped and handled.
Frequent contact is a must to ensure the commissioner is happy with the piece.
Unless stated otherwise and agreed upon prior, finished works are not guaranteed by a certain date.
I can cancel and refund a commission if I find the work or commissioner to hard to work with.
I have the right to refuse any commission from anyone, I am not obligated to disclose the reason why.
Please communicate cleanly, clearly, and in a timely manner.
Payment & refunds
I will not start the commission until I am paid in full.
I can take payments through Paypal and Cashapp.
Commissions are nonrefundable after 7 days of purchase due to me living off my commissions. though if I fail to provide your product within a timely manner with no explanation we may discuss refunds.
Do not issue chargebacks. Discuss refunds with me directly.
Art usage & permissions
I am allowed to use my work however I please unless we have spoken about keeping it private.
Please ask me about using my art for commercial use.
You are allowed to post my artwork only if I receive proper credit every time.
You make reproduce the artwork for personal use only.
You may edit or retouch the artwork as long at I still get proper credit for it whenever it is posted.
Nothing made by me(CupidisDreaming) may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any other future inventions in the space.
Nothing made by me(CupidisDreaming) may be used or fed to AI to teach or create images with it.
Adopt & customs conditions
You may use the adopt/custom character you purchased for commercial use if you pay the fee
You may edit your adopt/custom however you see fit as long as you credit me as the original designer
Due to the nature of the designs I create your adopt/custom may not be under the age of 18
